netherlands is clearly the best odds for your buck. but i would also consider ghana as a sleeper because i feel england is not that great and ghana could win that match in the rd of 16 (but wouldnt put much on them). Also argentina is one to consider (especially if they get by germany)

What if Portugal and Cote d'Ivoire had the same points and goals for and against?

What would have happened if, for exapmle, in the WC2010, in Group G, in the final round, Brazil had beaten (3-1) Portugal and Cote d'Ivoire had beaten (7-0) Korea DPR? Which team would have qualified for the knockout stage? Portugal or Cote d'Ivoire?

Can someone recommend a good SRED consultant in Mississauga?

My accountant has told me that my business probably qualifies for a tax credit with the government of Canada, under their SRED (Scientific Research & Experimental Development) program. He doesn't specialize in this sort of thing, and recommended that I seek an SRED consultant (but didn't offer any suggestions). I'm in Mississauga Ontario. Anyone have any recommendations?
