Windows 98 Second Edition network printer problems?

Windows 98SE has always had issues with networking and installing drivers for "newer" devices. Many devices don't even test for 98SE compatibility even though they say it is. Unfortunately, you would save a lot of time and headache upgrading your OS. Many of the networking issues were resolved with XP.
