Does anyone know of a free converter for a DPR file (Delphi Project File)?

We're looking to do some research, and need to be able to convert a .dpr file into something more readable, like a Microsoft Excel. The machine that produces the file will not do it for us, but is there anything available that can convert the raw file to excel? Or any other readable file.
