You might be hassled if you don't send in both forms. It would seem to me, your best bet is to indicate that you're a full time student. Give the name of the school you attend, when you started there and what your anticipated graduation date is. Do the same for your military service. Give the branch of service, and time served, and make copies of everything for your records. Good luck !
