Why is my chromatic harmonica buzzing?

I own a Hohner Chromonica 270, and when I draw on hole 1 without pressing the button, or blow on holes 1,2 or 3 with button pressed, there is just a buzzing sound instead of the note. Why is this and how do I fix it?
