Don't know the title of a song...?

So there was this really cool song that came on the radio every Saturday when I went to my ice skating lessons and skate practices. The station they use is G105 (I live in NC) at the beginning there was this techno beat along with this accordion or harmonica playing. You couldn't really hear or understand what she was saying, so I have no idea what the title is! Please help! oh and it is NOT on the floor!!!!!!!
