Illinois State Police Fingerprints?

Ok so about a month ago I had my fingerprints taken for a security job but never got a call back from them. I went did some searching on http://www.idfpr.com/DPR/AppServices/Fingerprint/default.asp when i searched my fingerprints, the illinois state police results said "HIT" and the FBI results said "CLEAR". What does the hit mean? and what can i do to change it? I have had my fingerprints taken when I was 16 or 17 (i cant remember) but that is it. I am a nervous wreck and would appreciate any feedback. Thanks in advance.
