Ok what the hell is wrong with my building?

Right now, I hear a harmonica, loud *** talking outside my complex out in front, and a boomin stereo (you know, when people blow the bass really super loud in their cars), and that booming stereo keeps making noise OVER AND OVER AND OVER>> I dont think I've ever heard of a stereo that continued for that long of time its been like an hour??
