What are your thoughts about this North Korean website?

Well I thought to learn a little about North Korea because I like to try understand a bit more about what is going on there. I stumbled on a href="http://www.korea-dpr.com" rel="nofollow"http://www.korea-dpr.com/a This is their official government website. I was reading through the forum on the site a href="http://www.korea-dpr.com/forum/" rel="nofollow"http://www.korea-dpr.com/forum//a and it has some huge claims on what they think about South Korea and USA. A person cannot reply to any posts in the forum, therefore it is not really a forum. I also stumbled upon some of their propaganda images depicting the West as an evil force. From what I can read they seem to accuse the USA of stopping the reunification of the North and South, and state they will not rest until they are unified. They seem to blame the USA for everything. I find this disturbing because it seems like a good way to control the masses and have all the power in the country because there is a common evil enemy (USA and the west) and for the local North Koreans that probably don't know any better due to censorship in the country it may be the only perceived truth they know. What do you think?
