What is the best type of harmonica for me to buy?

I've played guitar now for about 4 1/2 years but I've become interested in playing something else too. I've started on ukulele here about a month ago but it's pretty similar to the guitar so I'd like to start playing the harmonica. Here's the thing though, I don't want to spend a ton of money on a harmonica since I'm only going to dabble here and there; but I don't want to get a "cheap" harmonica either. Maybe $10-15 maximum? Would I be able to get a decent harmonica for that price to learn on? If so, what brand should I stick to/what key should it be in?
