What is the name of this cheesy movie I used to watch as a kid?

I think its name was One Man Band, however when I look for it on imdb i cannot find the one I am looking for. It had a guy who played a harmonica, drum, accordion, and some other instruments at once. I think some of the songs in the movie were She'll Be Coming Around the Mountain When She Comes and When the Saints Come Marching In. At the end there was like a parade or something. The movie was really cheesy and i had it on vhs. Please tell me the name of this, i cannot find it.
